Amendments to the Constitution

(The first ten Amendments were ratified Dec. 15, 1791,

and form what is known as the Bill of Rights.)

          Amendment 1

Congress shall make no law respecting

an establishment of religion, or prohibiting

the free exercise thereof; or abridging the

freedom of speech, or of the press, or the

right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to

petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Unknowns make recording of my thoughts, writings, doings, and sights

from space via satellite and supercomputer.

Amendment 4

The right of the people to be secure

in their persons, houses, papers, & effects,

against unreasonable searches and seizures,

shall not be violated, & no Warrants shall issue,

but upon probable cause, supported by Oath

or affirmation, and particularly describing

the place to be searched, and the persons

or things to be seized.

      Here’s the people:

We kept you all these years and so what.

We trounce your civil rights all the time and we don’t care.

We use your materials for ourselves without its being published

and you can’t do anything about it.

Amendment 13

          (Ratified Dec. 6, 1865)

Section 1. Neither Slavery, nor involuntary

servitude, except as a punishment for crime

whereof the party shall have been duly convicted,

shall exist within the United States,

or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce

this article by appropriate legislation. -- (They're in on it.)

  Here’s the people:

We kept you all these years and so what.

We use your mind for our use(s) and so what.

It looks like Congresss has no conscience.

Amendment 13

          (Ratified Dec. 6, 1865)

Section 1. Neither Slavery, nor involuntary

servitude, except as a punishment for crime

whereof the party shall have been duly convicted,

shall exist within the United States,

or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Illegal use of my mind would be slavery of a sort,

as would using my mind for what they want to use it for.

6/21/11 The government force-feeds gays thoughts through my mind,

and then legislators pass pro-gays laws.

It doesn’t say that they can do these offenses by some sort of surreptitious means is legal.

In other words the Amendments were written with the future in mind

in that they do not okay offending them by secret & non-provable means.
